A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held for the Summit Mountain Village development, officially marking the start of construction on a new three-condominium project in Mountain Village.

The project is a collaboration between Tougher New West, 359 Design, and Plant Prefab, and is being developed by Brenner Development Group. Designed to thoughtfully integrate modern architecture with the natural landscape, Summit Mountain Village represents a new standard for quality, sustainability, and livability in the region.

Community partners and project collaborators gathered to commemorate the milestone, including representatives from Brenner Development Group, Tougher New West, and Telluride Properties. Speaking on behalf of the development team, Mike Brenner shared appreciation for the collaborative effort and the opportunity to build something meaningful within the community.

“We are thrilled to celebrate this first milestone with the community,” said Brenner.

The residences are currently expected to be completed by fall 2026.
